LifeWorks
LifeWorks is now TELUS Health
The Fund’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) partner, LifeWorks, recently changed names to TELUS Health.
What is an Employee Assistance Program?
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP), through TELUS Health, is a consultative resource for Fund Participants and Dependents for mental and behavioral health, substance abuse, and other life stressors, such as financial wellbeing. It is a free-of-charge employee resource program to help you manage personal issues at work or at home. Whether you are facing challenges at work, looking for help with parenting, health, or your personal finances, or coping with a personal or family issue, you will find fast, expert help at TELUS Health.
The Fund covers up to three (3) free EAP visits per year through the TELUS Health Employee Assistance Program. After initial EAP visits, TELUS Health can refer you to local providers to continue your care under standard Fund coverage. There is no cost and EAP visits are completely confidential.
TELUS Health consultants are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
